Before you write
If the question is about a specific machine, the answer is usually in its own manual, and that manual takes priority over anything on this site. If the question is about a brew that went wrong, the dialling-in guide and the FAQ cover most of it.
Corrections
If a parameter range here is wrong, say which guide and which number. Ranges are checked against working equipment, so a specific counter-example with the equipment named is the most useful thing you can send.
Safety
If you think a safety note here is incomplete or misleading, mark the message as a safety concern. Those are read first. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number — not this form.
