This is an educational simulation. The figures it shows are calculated from the parameters you set and the standard references in the tool guides — they are indicative, not measurements of your own equipment. Real machines, kettles, pressurised vessels and alcohol all have their own instructions and safety limits, and those take priority over anything shown here.
